On approval of maximum prices for paid medical services rendered by the “Regional Center for Family Health and Reproduction”, state budget-financed health care facility of Department of Health of Krasnodar Region in excess of the established government assignment, as well as in cases determined by laws within the limits of the established government assignment
In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation dated November 21, 2011 No. 323-FZ "On the Basics of Public Health Protection in the Russian Federation", Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 05/11/2023 No. 736 "On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Paid Medical Services by Medical Organizations, Amendments to Certain Acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and Invalidation of the Government Decree No. 1006 of the Russian Federation dated October 4, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules for the Provision of Paid Medical Services); By Order of the Ministry of Health of the Krasnodar Territory No. 3485 dated 09/01/2023 "On Approval of the Procedure for Determining Prices (Tariffs) for paid medical services and Conditions for using the material and technical base and attracting medical workers to provide paid medical services in Public healthcare institutions, the functions and powers of the founder in respect of which are carried out by the Ministry of Health of the Krasnodar Territory" (hereinafter - the procedure for determining prices (tariffs) for paid medical services) I order:
- To approve the maximum price limits for paid medical services rendered by the "Regional Center for Family Health and Reproduction", state budget-financed health care facility of Ministry of Health of Krasnodar Region (hereinafter - Center for Family Health, SBHCF) in excess of the established government assignment, and also in cases stipulated by laws, within the limits of the established government assignment in accordance with Appendix No. 1.
- To recognize as invalid:
- The Order of the chief medical officer State budget-financed health care facility «Center for Family Health and Reproduction» «On approval of maximum prices for paid medical services rendered by the “Regional Center for Family Health and Reproduction”, state budget-financed health care facility of Ministry of Health of Krasnodar Region in excess of the established government assignment, as well as in cases determined by laws within the limits of the established government assignment» No. 199-ОB of 25.10.2022.
- I.G. Kuznetsova, the Deputy Chief Doctor on economic issues shall ensure the control over the correct application of the maximum prices for paid medical services rendered by the Center for Family Health, SBHCF.
- The present order shall be posted on the official website of the Center for Family Health, SBHCF.
- The present order shall come into force on 01 August 2024.
- I shall personally supervise the implementation of the order.
